Who We are
Seerah Foundation, officially known as Struggle for Education, Empowerment, Rehabilitation, Advocacy & Healthcare (SEERAH), is a registered, nongovernmental, non-commercial, nonreligious, and non-political humanitarian organization, established in 2025 with the support of the Government of Sindh in collaboration with the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD), with the provision of assistive devices, special education, and rehabilitation for persons with disabilities.
Our work focuses on District Matiari, District Shaheed Benazirabad, and District Sanghar, which face significant challenges including extreme poverty, illiteracy, healthcare gaps, specific needs of persons with disabilities, environmental issues, agricultural constraints, and other social development requirements.
The Foundation is registered under the Societies Registration Act – XXI of 1860 on 18th March 2025, and also registered with the Sindh Persons with Disabilities Protection Authority (SPDPA) under the Sindh Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2018 (Act XLVIIl of 2018) on 15th May 2024.
We are dedicated to humanitarian service and community development, working to create positive social, economic, and cultural change. Our efforts focus on:

- Empowerment & Advocacy for vulnerable communities
- Climate and environmental sustainability initiatives
