Survey for Persons with Disabilities

SEERAH Foundation, in collaboration with the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD), Government of Sindh, is conducting a comprehensive survey of persons with disabilities in Union Council Bakar Jamali (Sikandarabad), District Matiari.

The primary objective of this initiative is to identify persons with disabilities so that they may be provided with assistive devices, medical support, and other essential services free of cost. This effort is aimed at addressing their specific needs and improving their quality of life through targeted support and inclusive services.

All concerned individuals are requested to carefully complete and submit the survey form accurately and on time. Your cooperation is vital in ensuring that support reaches those who are genuinely deserving and in need.
